RETURNS & REFUNDS

Thank you for your order. However, if you're on this page and are thinking of making a return you may need some help.

You have the right to return an item within 28 days of delivery. Item/items will need to be returned by post, undamaged, unused and with the labels still intact.
All customers are responsible for any postal costs incurred in the return of your items. It is advised that you used a tracked service to avoid anything getting lost!
Refunds are made once the items/items are back in the studio. If the items returned are not in their original condition the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

I work hard to ensure all my customers are very happy with their Trawler Studio purchases and aim to deliver your orders on time and in perfect condition.
I will process any refund due to you within 30 days of the day we agree that a refund will be paid. All refunds are made using the same method as that used by you to pay for your purchase.
